I found the ticket when I googled the museum, it showed on the detail page of the museum and the price was good. I bought the tickets, but when I arrived at the museum, they told me the tickets were not right, they were actually for another museum. I couldn't cancel the tickets because your app does not provide a refund option, even though I just paid like 10 minutes ago. This is fraud. Shame on you for selling tickets in this way.
Que fui con la seguridad de que iba a poder entrar al museo.
The service of the museum staff was excellent.
